As a creative turned coder originally from Atlanta, Georgia (now based in Houston, Texas). My career began in the world of visual storytelling, where I earned my first degree, an Associate of Applied Science in Web & Graphic Design. That foundation launched me into the professional design world, and over the past 10 years, I’ve built a strong presence as a Senior Graphic Designer for Fortune 500 companies including Delta Air Lines, Yellow Pages (YP), Global Payments, and The Home Depot.
I’ve led brand campaigns, directed multi-channel creative efforts, and helped shape the visual identity of some of the world's most recognized organizations. Alongside this, I’ve also worked as a freelance Creative Director, helping startups and mid-size companies craft compelling visual strategies that resonate with their audiences.
My passion for user experience and scalable solutions eventually led me to pursue a career in technology. While my design career continues to thrive, I recently attended commencement at Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU) and look forward to officially graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, concentrating in Software Engineering. My academic journey has included immersive study in Data Structures, Algorithms, Databases, and Object-Oriented Software Design, preparing me to make an impact at the intersection of creativity and engineering.
I’ve built full-stack applications, worked with Java, JavaScript, Node.js, MongoDB, SQL, Android Studio, and collaborated in Agile teams. I’m also UX/UI certified through Google’s professional certificate program and highly proficient in design systems and prototyping tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
Now, as a Creative Technologist and Full-Stack Software Engineer, I bridge the gap between design and engineering. My work is guided by a belief that code should be as thoughtful and user-focused as the designs that inspire it. Whether I’m building a scalable web application or crafting a digital experience from the ground up, I bring both an artist’s eye and an engineer’s mindset.
